Why Donate?

The Emerald Foundation relies on the generosity of our friends, colleagues and neightbors.  Many space naming and program sponsorship opportunities currently exist. Those that support the foundation will qualify for an array of local, regional and national donor recognition opportunities.

Please conact us if you are interested in learning more about these opportunities.

“Thank you for supporting the Emerald Foundation!

       – Joseph E. Besecker, Chairman and Founder

I started the Emerald Foundation as a way to give back – as a way of saying thank you for the successes and community support our business has enjoyed over the past two decades.  Our communities face substantial problems and families are confronted with difficult challenges – from horrible diseases like cancer to systemic failures like illiteracy and truancy. We’re here to help.

The members of Team Emerald – the employees of Emerald Asset Management, Inc. and its subsidiaries – devote countless hours to volunteer work in the communities where we work. The Emerald Foundation doubles down on that work by supplying funding and identifying and partnering with charitable organizations that have a proven track record of making a difference and are accountable to their donors.

Please join us by supporting the Emerald Foundation. While we do our best to raise funds internally and through events like the annual Emerald Foundation Golf Outing, there are always important (and eloquently presented) funding requests that we simply can’t afford to help. With your help, we can. Contributions to the Emerald Foundation are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, and we work hard to ensure that partner organizations are effective in putting our monies to work solving problems and making our families and communities stronger.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need any additional information about the Emerald Foundation. We thank you for your kind support.

All the best,

Joseph E. Besecker
